Based in Wisborough Green, West Sussex, Emma has been catering for more than 20 years, having learnt her catering skills from her mother, Tishie, who also ran a successful catering business for many years.

Prior to concentrating on catering full-time, Emma worked for KPMG Consulting where she organised conferences & global corporate events, including events in Paris, Nice, Washington, Miami, Tokyo and Brisbane. This experience enables her to offer an exceptionally well-organised and calm approach to all her functions.

Much of Set the Date’s business is from word of mouth and Emma has the pleasure of catering for a number of the same clients each year.
